Terms..
1. Initial Deposit of €2000 is a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your chosen property.
 
2. The Customer is responsible for obtaining their own mortgage to cover 60% of property value, and for payment for all fees incurred in the arrangement of their Mortgage. Lords P&P International will assist you in obtaining a mortgage through Cyprus Banks - subject to status, but are in no way responsible, or can guarantee, a mortagage for the customer.
3. The Customer is responsible for all incurred fees at rate approximately 0.5% to 1% percent in regards to bank charges for arranging Mortagage.
4. The Customer is responsible for all Stamp Duties incurred in the purchase of their chosen property.

 Examples of Stamp Duty costs are as follows;
 For properties up to the value of €170,000, incurs a stamp duty charge of €2.50 per thousand.
 For properties valued at €171,000 and over, incurs a stamp duty charge of €3.50 per thousand.
5. The Lords P&P International "3 Steps to Property Heaven" offer is ONLY available on a "LARGE SELECTION OF OFF-PLAN & NEWLY BUILT" properties in Cyprus. It can not be used in the purchase of 'Resale' properties.
6. All Documents will be available in both English & Greek. If the Customer requires translation to any other language, then they are responsible for the extra costs incurred.
7. Interest Free Credit Terms are available under the following conditions;

 4 Years Interest Free Credit: This applies to deposits for properties valued at over €300,000 at the time of purchase. The Deposit must be paid in 4 equal instalments each year   after delivery of full completion of property.
 3 Years Interest Free Credit: This applies to deposits for properties up to the value of €300,000 at the time of purchase. The Deposit must be paid in 3 equal instalments each  year after delivery of full completion of property. A Bank Guarantee, from a reputable International Bank, for the full 40% deposit must be produced at the time of purchase.  Customer must bare full costs incurred for their Bank Guarantee from their issuing bank.
 
8. All above terms, together with the "3 Steps to Property Heaven" offer, are only available on properties purchased within Cyprus. They are in no way applicable to International properties advertised and marketed by
