Initerary Schedule - Free *3 Nights Inspection Trips to Egypt

Day 1:

• Collected from Hurghada International Airport or Sharm el Shiekh International Airport and driven to Named Hotel of your preferred choice
• During afternoon hours pick up from hotel and driven around to view various locations

Day 2:

• 9.30am collection from Hotel and taken to meet our developers’ representatives, to show you around various properties of interest
• Refreshments complimentary of Lords P&P International Associates, followed by further more viewings during afternoon.
• Returned to Hotel with appropriate property print outs, giving the chance to browse at your leisure during the evening

Day 3:

• 9.30am collection from Hotel and an opportunity to meet with Lords P&P International Associates to discuss various legal matters, prior to contacting our Barristers for preparing all contracts, if appropriate.
• Arrange taking our clients to the bank to meet with our bankers, for opening the appropriate bank accounts
• Refreshments complimentary of Lords P&P International Associates
• Meet with Lords P&P International Associates and our Barristers to arrange signing all appropriate contracts at the presence of our developers, if appropriate.
• During same day whilst having to sign the contracts , it will be necessary to pre-pay a reservation fee of minimum Euro Є 2,500  (GBP ₤ 2,000 – N.B Visa Cards , or , Travellers Cheques - Not Accepted )

Day 4:

• Collection from Hotel and taken to Hurghada International Airport or Sharm el Shiekh International Airport  for Return Flight to Country of Origin
