Also from your details we will be able to arrange your itinerary for viewing our properties and further arrange booking your accommodation

  • A] long-term mortgage loans – for a period up to 30 years payments off – "Your Down Payments" for purchasing any of, Lords P&P International, properties do not have to exceed more than 20% to 30% of the total property value, the remaining 70% to 80% can be financed.

     

  • B] Sterling Savings Accounts & Loan in Sterling Currency, can also be arranged with the help of our Bankers.

   

• ‘’NO’’ Hidden Extra Costs , & , ‘’NO’’ Commissions Fees – will be charged , whilst purchasing any properties from , Lords P&P International Cyprus Properties

   

• Unlike Other Estate Agencies – whether based in Cyprus , or , Overseas – who would earn £’000’s – just by offering you their services when promoting / marketing an overseas property for you to purchase – we guarantee you that – our earnings are the lowest in the market – as they do not exceed – more than – a minimum 2% of the property valued up to Euro Є 170,000 [ GBP £130,000 ] – plus 1% additional earnings for a property valued above Euro Є 170,001
  [ GBP £130,001 ] – having prior deducted 15% VAT charges on the market valued properties we sell –

   

  • Our earnings are included in the prices of all our properties we sell – therefore you will ‘’Not’’ ever be asked to pay us any extra fees.
