COLLABORATING WITH LORDS P&P INTERNATIONAL - CYPRUS PROPERTIES ON " A NON EXCLUSIVE BASIS AGREEMENT"

 

 
Affiliates Terms & Conditions

1. Our Affiliate Partners’, agree  to collaborate with Lords P&P International  - Cyprus Properties, on a NON EXCLUSIVE BASIS. 

2. This appointment shall continue for a period of three (3) years from the date upon signing Agreement , after the elapse of which, this agreement shall automatically be     re-newed unless terminated by both parties in writing.

3. This agreement gives the right to , Lords P&P International , also to collaborate with any other Affiliate Partner Agents of Our choice .

4. Potential Affiliates wishing collaborating with Lords P&P International , should have at least a minimum five  years expertise whilst been involved into the Real Estate Industry .

5. Lords P&P International , prefers our Affiliate Partners , based in the UK

6. Our Affiliate Partners , will use their best efforts to market , Lords P&P International Properties to and within the UK & European Market with a view of effecting sales thereof

7. Our Affiliate Partners shall refer potential buyers to , Lords P&P International, (the “Reference”) through telephone, e-mail, fax, or, mail

8. Our Affiliate Partners, shall use all the information material provided to them , mainly downloaded from , our website , www.lordspp.com , solely for the benefit of the Lords P&P International business. Any other use of such material or information without Lords’ P&P International , written authority is strictly prohibited

9. Our Affiliate Partners agree that, in respect to Prior arranging confirming booking their Reference [ Clients ] FREE *4 Night - Inspection Trip to Cyprus, they examined and provided proved evidence that , such clients shall ‘Not’ abuse the fact of simply taking advantage of having a Free Inspection Trip to Cyprus just for their pleasure – to avoid serious further affects such cases will face.

10. Our Affiliate Partners agree that, they inform in full their Reference [ Clients ] in respect to, Lords’ P&P International, Free Inspection Trip Packages Offers and they acknowledged the terms & conditions in respect to Our Inspection Trips Offers.

 

11. Our Affliate Partners agree that, they will contribute fixed funds via swift to           Lords P&P International, Euro or Sterling Client Account the sum of EUR €125 (GBP £100) for each *2 Passengers of theirs they wish pre-register and thereby arrange to fly over for a Free *4 Night Inspection Trip with us Any Date During 2008.

N.B* These funds will be Pre-Paid to Lords P&P International, min 5 working days Prior to arranging to fly over any clients to Cyprus.

 

12. Our Affilate Partners agree that, upon  completion of sale, any additional overheads in respect to Inspection Trip full costs, will be shared 50/50 with us.  (analytic break down costs of the Inspection Trip will be presented upon completion of sale).

N.B The average cost for *2 Passengers - Free *4 Night Inspection Trips to Cyprus is:

Eur €1375 - EUR €1650 (GBP £1100 - GBP £1300).

13.1 Lords P&P International , undertake to pay an advertising fee (the “Advertising fee”) to Our Affiliate Partners , under the following circumstances:

13.2 A Reference materializes into a success completion of sale (the “Sale”) within one (1) month ( 30 days ) from the date that the Affiliate Partners provide & pre-register by email full details of the Reference to us.

 

13.3 It is agreed that, the "Advertising Fee" will be Paid, ONLY to those Affiliate Partners who officially pre-register by e-mail their Reference ( Clients ) full details, ONLY, those Reference who agree to pre-confirm their booking for a Free *4 Night  Inspection Trip to Cyprus with us, And , accept our terms & conditions in respect to our Free Inspection Trip Plans offered. In this respect the written records of the Affilate Partner of ours, further, in addition those records of, Lords P&P Internatinal, shall be considered as conclusive evidence for the Reference.

 

13.4 It is further agreed that, pre-registration of any Reference full details sent by e-mail to, Lords P&P International, Nor -  Prior Clarifying Clearly Success Booking for a Free * 4 Night  Inspection Trip to Cyprus with us, such registrations will automatically be classified VOID.

 
13.5 The ‘’Advertising Fees’’ Paid to Our Affiliate Partners are as follow :
The Advertising Fee shall be Shared Equally 50/50 together with our Affiliates of the Net Profits  made from the final selling price of Each New Unit – Excluding Lords P&P Various Expenses :: Property Consultant Fees + Reimbursements on Return Flights & Hotels - for *2  Passengers only + Telephone Bills.  Also,  Excluding VAT of the listed valued marketed property price - such price not to include the additional costs of any extras ordered by the Purchaser. 

13.6 The ‘’Advertising fee’’ shall be due and payable in full to our Affiliate Partners within 2 Days upon receipt of 20% of the selling price by , Our Developer or when the Buyer’s Solicitor effecting the payment of 20% of the selling price on behalf of the Buyer gives notice of payment to Our Developer. Unless otherwise, the ‘’Advertising fee’’ shall be due and payable in stages to Our Affiliate Partners upon receipt in stage payments of the 20% of the selling price by the Developer or when the Buyer’s Solicitor effecting the payment of 20% of the selling price on behalf of the Buyer gives notice of payment to the Developer.

14. Our Affiliate Partners agree to inform , Lords P&P International , of any meetings and or communications between themselves and the Reference and to disclose, upon request by , Lords P&P International , all details of any such meetings and communications.

15. Our Affiliate Partners agree that , they will ‘Not’ advertise , publicize and or promote in any other manner the Designated Properties belonging to , Lords P&P International , at a different price ( whether this is lower or higher ) than that provided by , Lords P&P International.

16. Our Affiliate Partners agree to , indemnify and keep indemnified, Lords P&P International, should any of the information it provides to be used by Our Affiliate Partners for the promotion, advertising, sale or otherwise in respect of the Units and/or the Project is proven to be false inaccurate or unsubstantiated in any manner whatsoever and as a result , Lords P&P International , its directors, agents and employees suffer loss (including but not limited to loss of good-will) and damage , unsubstantiated with the exception of Artist’s impressions advertising material information. It is understood that this information is indicative and not binding.

17. It is agreed between , Lords P&P International , And, Our Affiliate Partners , that any notice requiring to be served under the terms of this agreement shall be given to the party to be served at its e-mail or fax address , and , a notice shall be deemed to have been delivered immediately (if by fax/or/e-mail) or within 48 hours (if posted within the same country) or within 96 hours (if posted in another country)

18. All the terms of this agreement are essential and breach of any term of this Agreement by any one of the parties shall give the injured party the right to claim legal damages, costs and any other remedy available under the law

19. For those UK Agents who wish to meet with us in person, that can be arranged either, in our branch registered head office in Cyprus, or, our end arranging flying over to the UK during any date of the year.
