To advise regarding the necessary arrangements to be made for connection/installation and payment of all your utility services, including Water, Electricity, local Council Taxes, Telephones, T.V & Computer [inc Broadband and ISDN facilities]

MAINTENANCE
We can assist to arrange for regular property maintenance & cleaning; Landscaping and Garden facilities, Pool maintenance and Re-Sale of your property

LETTING/RENTING
Opportunities for our clients to obtain rental income through letting of the property [if of interest]  

MEDICAL & EDUCATION
We can advise regarding Medical Facilities available through Private Doctors Clinics and Local Government Hospitals [E121 forms] and excellent Dental and Opticians facilities

EDUCATION
Details of Local Primary and Secondary Schools and Private English Schools on island and Higher Education  

BANKING - PENSIONS & TAXATION
Local Banking Facilities and Pension Payment arrangements and Income Tax

LEGAL & ACCOUNTING
We can assist you with introductions to trusted Firms/ Companies

We have our own Registered "In-House" Insurance Agency [with a former Lloyd’s Broker] to advise and are able to place all forms of Insurance for you, inc Motor - House - Contents - Personal& Public Liability etc
